NEW HeiQ Viroblock Antimicrobial Range

We have been working on a product development project with HeiQ Viroblock Technology for a range of special edition workwear for our customers.

WHO ARE HEIQ?

HeiQ are Swiss company specialising in the creation of high performing textile technologies and they have launched HeiQ Viroblock, an advanced technology that makes fabric resistant to microbes and germs.  The HeiQ Viroblock technology has been tested effective against SARS-CoV-2* (virus causing COVID-19) in independent third-party institutes of virology.  

WHY WE'VE LAUNCHED THIS COLLECTION

As the UK’s leading manufacturer of staff uniforms, we recognise how important it is for businesses to demonstrate their commitment to enhanced hygiene practices and to provide reassurance to their employees and customers.  With this in mind, we sought to produce to collection of styles that are treated with the HeiQ Viroblock technology, so staff can work with confidence.

Following the huge success of our PR796 3 Layer Face Mask that we launched in spring 2020, we have designed another 3 Layer Mask that benefits from the HeiQ Viroblock technology (PR994); a Bib Apron (PR996) which is styled on our best-selling PR150, a duo of long and short sleeve polo shirts (PR995/PR997) and a pair of PR998 touch gloves.

These styles are ideal for those working in cleaning roles, healthcare environments, transport, logistics, warehousing and supermarkets -  and we expect the collection to be in huge demand when the hospitality sector starts to reopen again in the spring.
